Abstract
This Ministerial Regulation, in order to implement the provisions of Article 106 letter a of Government Regulation Number 22 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Environmental Protection and Management, concerns the list of businesses and activities required to have an environmental impact analysis, environmental management efforts, and environmental monitoring effort. The Regulation defines the following relevant terms: environmental impact analysis; environmental management; business activity; Indonesian standards industrial classification.
