Abstract
This Ministerial Regulation, based on the provisions of Article 21 paragraph (1) and Article 201 paragraph (5) of the Government Regulation Number 5 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing, provides for issuing business licences in the sector of management of hazardous and toxic waste, in order to prevent environmental pollution. Matters covered by this Regulation include: issuance of business permits; management of hazardous and toxic waste, collection, transport, storage and processing; governmental inspections for the issuance of permits.
