Abstract
This Regulation sets out procedures and requirements for obtaining an extension to Business Licence for Utilization of Natural Forest Timber Products in Producing Forest (IUPHHK-HA) that will be granted by the Minister.
The Regulation further provides for: issuance of the decision for extension of IUPHHK-HA by the Minister; issuance of an Instruction Letter for Payment of overdue Contribution for Business Licence for Forest Utilization; etc.
