Abstract
This Regulation sets out requirements and application procedures to obtain an equipment permit that will allow the use of heavy tools to transport wood and of common tools used to fell, cut or split trees in forest areas.
Applicants that may apply for an equipment permit must hold a business permit to exploit wood in production forests (IUPHHK), a wood exploit permit (IPK), or have an ownership right on production forest wood.
The Director General shall control the entrance and the use of the equipment.
