Regulation of the Minister of Forestry RI No. P.9/Menhut-II/2013 on Procedure for Providing Support and Incentive to Forest and Land Rehabilitation Activities.

This Regulation, consisting of 11 Chapters, provides for procedures for support and incentive to forest and land rehabilitation activities, in particular related to: planting, propagation material, nursery and incentive matters. The Regulation is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); Procedures for exercising Forest and Land Rehabilitation (Chap. II); Rehabilitation of Forest and Land and Coastal Areas (Chap. III); Rehabilitation of Forest and Land in Peat Soil Zone (Chap. IV); RHL Support Activity (Chap. V); Incentive for Forest and Land Rehabilitation (Chap. VI); Management and Control (Chap. VII); Implementation (Chap. VIII); Other provisions (Chap. IX); Transitional provisions (Chap. X) and Closing provisions (Chap. XI).
