Abstract
This Ministerial Regulation specifies the types of commodities that must be inspected, in order to guarantee that fishery products exported and imported meet the safety and quality standards. The Regulation concerns: data and information collection on fishery products; certificate of quality and safety of fishery product. The Regulation concerns: list and description of fishery products required to be checked for export purposes, including marine and freshwater fishes, crustaceans, molluscs, various sharks and cartilaginous fishes, seafood, seaweed and other algae for human consumption; list and description of fishery products that meet quality and security requirements for import.
