Regulation of the Minister of Public Works of RI No. 13/PRT/M/2012 on the Guide of Irrigation Assets.

This Regulation, consisting of 8 Chapters divided into 32 articles, with the objective of implementing article 73 of Government Regulation No. 20/2006, provides for a Guide for the management of irrigation assets within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia shall be realized by improving the rational use of water resources including rain water, surface water and groundwater. The Regulation is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); Management of Irrigation Assets (Chap. II); Information System on Irrigation Assets (Chap. III); Authority and Responsibilities (Chap. IV); Management of Underground Water Irrigation Assets (Chap. V); Organization (Chap. VI); Financing (Chap. VII); Conclusions (Chap. VIII).
