Abstract
This Regulation, consisting of 39 articles and six Appendixes, establishes animal and animal product import and export provisions. It states that animal import as intended in art. 2 paragraph (2) can be conducted to: improve the genetic quality and diversity; develop science and technology; overcome deficiency of domestic seed, seedling and/or seeder; and/or fulfill the need for research and development.
