Abstract
This Regulation, consisting of 90 articles divided into six Chapters and 52 model forms, establishes the requirements for Registration of National Vessels including: a) registration of property rights; b) mortgage charging; and c) registration of other property rights over the ship. Ship registration must contain: a) number and date of the deed; b) number, date and place of issuance of the measuring certificate; Vessel data includes: name of the ship; length; width; overall ship length; gross tonnage; clean tonnage; markings. This Registration shall be carried out by the Registrar of the Registry of Ships and Vessels assisted by Ship Registration Employees. The Regulation is divided as follows: General Requirements (Chap. I); Ship Registration (Chap. II); National Ships (Chap. III); Information System of Indonesian Flagged Ships List (Chap. IV); Transitional Provisions (Chap. V); Final Provisions (Chap. VI).
