Abstract
This Regulation, implementing provisions of articles 18 and 19 paragraph (5) of the Regulation no. 101 of 2014, provides for the storage of hazardous and toxic waste. The Regulation concerns: hazardous and toxic waste; residues; hazardous and toxic waste management; storage of hazardous and toxic waste; environmental quality standards; Matters covered by this Regulation include: storage of radioactive waste; issuance of permits for hazardous and toxic waste management; location requirements for hazardous waste storage, including to be a place not prone to natural disasters, soil conditions and environmental protection; emergency response unit; hazardous waste storage facilities; methods to store hazardous waste, including packaging and labelling and building requirements for domestic waste; monitoring and reporting activity, including groundwater sampling and control on water quality standards and wastewater.
