Regulation of Ministry of Environment and Forestry of R.I. No. P.45/Menlhk-Setjen/2015 on Integration Information System of Sustainable Forest Production Management.

This Regulation, consisting of 13 articles divided into seven Chapters, under the Government Regulation No. 6 of 2007 on Forest Management and Forest Management Planning, establishes Integrated Information System of Sustainable Forest Management (SFM) to keep the policy of self assessment be optimized, so that the trust given by the government to the license holder can be implemented properly. This Information System aims to further ensure the security of the State levies from forestry products. The scope of this regulation includes: a) Object and Time Enforcement of SFM Information Systems. b) Material Content of SFM Information System. c) Management and User Access of SFM Information System. SFM Management Information System is conducted by the Secretariat of the Directorate General of SFM, assisted by all Directorate of the Directorate General of SFM. The System can be accessed by the Permit Holders, Provincial Office, Directorate General of SFM and by Public proportionally.
