Abstract
This Regulation, implementing articles 34 paragraph (2) and 38 paragraph (1) of the Government Government Regulation no. 6 of 2007 concerning Forest Administration and preparation of Forest Management and Utilisation Plans, in its last amended version, provides for amending the Ministerial Regulation no. 11/ Menhut-II/2009 concerning Silvicultural Systems in Areas of Business Permits for the Utilisation of Timber Forest Products. The Regulation concerns: forest area; primary natural forest or virgin forest, where forest exploitation activities have not been carried out; logged over forest area, whose composition and structure of original vegetation has changed after exploitation or forest activities; business permit for utilisation of timber forest products; silviculture system and techniques; cutting of timber and land clearing activity; selection of species; planting and tree breeding; harvesting.
