Abstract
This Ministerial Regulation, implementing article 73 paragraph (5) of the Government Regulation no. 6 of 2007 concerning Forest Administration and preparation of Forest Management and Utilisation Plans, in its last amended version, provides for a periodic forest inventory and work Plan on ecosystem restoration concession, in order to increase competitiveness and improve forestry governance. The Regulation concerns: ecosystem restoration; timber forest products utilisation permits; protection of habitat and wildlife; release of flora and fauna, in order to restore biological elements with the non-biological ones in the environment; environmental protection; mapping of forest areas; business license for utilisation of restoration wood forest products.
