Agriculture Appeals Act 2001 (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2002 (S.I. No. 558 of 2002).

Appeals under the Act concern entitlements under the schemes set out in the Schedule. This Regulation amends the Act by taking away certain Schemes relating to animal keeping and adding certain schemes regarding incentives for farming.
