Agriculture Appeals Act 2001 (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations 2017 (S.I. No. 219 of 2017).

These Regulations amend the Agriculture Appeals Act, 2001 in the Schedule so as to include new schemes which may be referred to the Agriculture Appeals Office for appeal. The Schemes concern a wide variety of matters regarding agriculture, animal husbandry and welfare, forestry, rainwater harvesting Scheme, young farmers, the environment and climate change.
