Abstract
These Regulations introduce controls on petroleum vapour emissions (volatile organic compounds) resulting from the storage and distribution of petrol which is intended for use as a fuel for motor vehicles. The Regulations provide for the monitoring of compliance of service station and mobile container operators by relevant local authorities. The Regulations define duties of various persons involved in storage and distribution of petrol and provide for the certification of installations.
