Abstract
These Regulations amend the Air Pollution Act (Marketing, Sale, Distribution and Burning of Specified Fuels) Regulations 2012 in regulation 5 (minor amendments) and in regulation 7 by clarifying provisions on selling or distributing bituminous coal outside specified ban areas to end users. The Regulations also extend the ban on the burning of bituminous coal and other specified fuels inside specified ban areas.
