Alfonsinos (Fisheries Management and Conservation) Regulations 2006 (S.I. No. 27 of 2006).

These Regulations prohibit fishing for, transhipment of or having on board of Alfonsinos by Irish sea-fishing boats in ICES sub-areas III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X and XII. The Regulations also provide rules relative to prima facie evidence in the prosecution of offences against these Regulations.
