Animal Health and Welfare (Brucellosis in Cattle) Regulations 2015 (S.I. No. 402 of 2015).

This Order amends the Brucellosis in Cattle (General Provisions) Order 1991 to remove the compulsory Brucellosis pre-movement testing requirement for all eligible male and female animals aged 24 months or more and to provide for the payment of compensation in the event of removal of an animal due to Brucellosis infection or suspected Brucellosis infection.
