Abstract
These Regulations amend the Aquaculture Appeals (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2012 for the purpose of giving further effect to to Directive 2011/92/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment. They concern procedures for appeals regarding environmental impact assessment for intensive fish farming projects.
