Abstract
These Regulations amend the Bass (Conservation of Stocks) Regulations 2006 by deleting Regulation 8. In doing so, they remove the minimum size of 40 cm for Bass. Minimum conservation reference size for sea bass is 42 cm as per Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1316 derogating from Council Regulation (EC) No 850/98.
