Abstract
Each of the Orders mentioned in paragraph (2) of this Article shall be construed and have effect as if the references therein to: (a) foot and mouth disease included references to classical swine fever, and (b) animal included references to the semen, ova and embryos of an animal. These Orders are: the Foot and Mouth Disease Order 1956 (S.I. No. 324 of 1956), the Foot and Mouth Disease (Restrictions on Movement of Persons) Order 1967 (S.I. No 271 of 1967), the Foot and Mouth Disease Order 1956 (Amendment) Order 1967 (S.I. No. 297 of 1967) the Foot and Mouth Disease Order 1956 (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1967 (S.I. No. 310 of 1967) and the Foot and Mouth Disease Order 1956 (Amendment) Order 1968 (S.I. No 69 of 1968).
