Abstract
These Regulations prohibit fishing for, transhipment of or having on board of common sole by Irish sea-fishing boats in ICES Divisions VIIa. These Regulations allow Irish sea-fishing boats to land or tranship common sole caught in ICES Divisions VIIa, provided that the common sole does not exceed 5 percent by weight of the total catch of quota species landed or transhipped on any occasion. It is prohibited to tranship or to engage in transhipment operations of common sole. The Regulations also provide with respect to evidence in relation with offences.
