Continental Shelf (Designated Areas) Order, 2009 (S.I. No. 163 of 2009).

This Order of the Government, made under section 2(3) of the Continental Shelf Act 1968, designates an area within which the rights of Ireland outside the territorial seas over the seabed and subsoil for the purpose of exploring such seabed and subsoil and exploiting their natural resources are exercisable.
