Control on Animal Vaccines (Amendment) Regulations 2014 (S.I. No. 590 of 2014).

These Regulations amend the Control on Animal Vaccines Regulations 2014 in Part 1 of the Second Schedule so as to provide for control on the vaccine for Bovine Viral Diarrhoea (BVD) Type 2. Schedule 2 is made under regulation 4 of the principal Regulations. That regulation requires a person not to have in his or her possession or under his or her control, import, sell, supply or administer to an animal without a licence a vaccine that may be used to produce active or passive immunity to a disease specified in Schedule 2.
