This Order amends the Control of Fishing for Salmon Order 1980 in respect of the date by which applications for commercial salmon fishing licences must be received by the Regional Fisheries Boards. The existing date is being changed to the date immediately preceding the commencement of the salmon fishing season to which the application relates.
