Diseases of Animals Act 1966 (Control on Animal and Poultry Vaccines)(Amendment) Order 2010 (S.I. No. 289 of 2010).

This Order amends the Diseases of Animals Act 1966 (Control on Animal and Poultry Vaccines) Order 2002 in Part 1 of the Second Schedule by the insertion of "Aujeszky’s Disease" and thus restricting a person from having in his or her possession, importing, selling, supplying or administering Aujeszky’s Disease vaccine unless under licence.
