This Order amends the Diseases of Animals Act 1966 (Control on Animal and Poultry Vaccines) Order 2002 by removing from the First Schedule of those Regulations the diseases “Bluetongue” and “Equine encephalomyelitis” and inserting these diseases in Part 1 of the Second Schedule.
