Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (Prohibition on the Use of Swill) Order, 2001 (S.I. No. 597 of 2001).

This Order prohibits the collection and feeding of animal or other waste to certain animals but permits the feeding of certain non-animal products and milk products to cattle, sheep, pigs, goats, deer, other biungulates or poultry.
The Order prohibits the collection, assembling, processing, storing, keeping or otherwise having swill or near to any farm or for purpose of feeding it to an animal.
