Abstract
This Order makes provision for the establishment of the Register of Poultry Premises in which all persons with premises for rearing, keeping or breeding of poultry and persons having poultry under their control shall be registered. The Order prohibits any person to have poultry in his or her possession or under his or her control or sell or supply poultry unless that person is registered in the Register of Poultry Premises.
The Minister may require an owner of poultry premises or other persons to implements biosecurity measures as may be specified from time to time. Such measures may concern, among other things, the premises, disinfection, separation of poultry, hygiene procedures or the storage of feed and water.
