Domestic Waste Water Treatment Systems (Registration) Regulations 2012 (S.I. No. 220 of 2012).

These Regulations prescribe: the date by which an owner of a premises connected to a domestic waste water treatment system must effect registration of the system with the relevant water services authority. They also prescribe fee to accompany an application for registration, and the information which must be provided on application the form of notice to be served by a water services authority or any person intending to complain to the District Court concerning an alleged failure by a third party to comply with a duty of care under section 70 of the Water Services Act 2007.
