Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992 (Established Activities) Order, 1997 (S.I. No. 140 of 1997).

This Order specifies the established activities which are required to have applied within a specified date to the Environmental Protection Agency for an integrated pollution control licence in accordance with section 82 of the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992. The activities include: manufacture of dairy products above a specified processing capacity; the rearing of poultry in specified installations; the rearing of pigs in specified installations; the manufacture of vegetable and animal oils and fats above a specified processing capacity; and the manufacture of fishmeal and fish oil.
