Abstract
This Order amends the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 (Established Activities) Order 2006 by substituting the Schedule concerning dates for established activities which are required to have applied within a specified date to the Environmental Protection Agency for an integrated pollution control licence in accordance with section 82 of the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992.
