Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 (First Schedule) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 308 of 2011).

These Regulations amend, for purposes of transposing Article 37 of Directive 2009/31/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the geological storage of carbon dioxide and the amendments arising in relation to Council Directive 2008/1/EC concerning integrated pollution prevention and control, the First Schedule of the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992. Directive 2008/1/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning integrated pollution prevention and control shall now apply to the capture of carbon dioxides streams for the purpose of geological storage from installations covered by Directive 2009/31/EC.
