Abstract
These Regulations amend the Environmental Protection Agency (Industrial Emissions) (Licensing) Regulations 2013 (S.I. No. 137 of 2013). These Regulations want to give further effect in Irish law to Directive 2014/52/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment, as amended.
