European Communities (African Swine Fever) (Russia) Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 134 of 2011).

These Regulations require that vehicles used to transport into or within Russia be thoroughly cleansed and disinfected prior to entry or re-entry to the Union. They also provide for inspection of vehicles and define powers of authorized officers for this purpose.
