Abstract
These Regulations amend the European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Plant Protection Products) Regulations 2003 by redefining “Directive of 1991”. The effect of this amendment is the inclusion of clothianidin, pethoxamid, methamidophos, procymidone, flusilazole, fenarimol, carbendazim, dinocap, clopyralid, cyprodinil, fosetyl, trinexapac, fenamiphos and ethephon in the list of active substances.
