European Communities (Avian Influenza) (Control on Imports of Birds) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 (S.I. No. 907 of 2005).

This Order amends S.I No 709 of 2005 and gives effect to Commission Decision 2005/862/EC concerning measures to combat Avian Influenza in birds other than poultry, by inserting the following after Regulation 4(c)," '(d) product that complies with Article 2(2)(c) or Article 2(2)(d) ''.
