European Communities (Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 (S.I. No. 31 of 2015).

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment) Regulations 2011 to 2013 so as to provide that any fees for the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR) related services by the Irish National Accreditation Board will be charged by, and payable to, the Health and Safety Authority (HSA). The change is consequential upon the integration of the Board into the HSA.
