Abstract
These Regulations amend the European Communities (Conservation of Wild Birds) Regulations, 1985 so as to classify additional sites as Special Protection Areas in accordance with Article 4 of Council Directive on the conservation of wild birds (79/409/EEC) and to provide that contravention of the provisions of these Regulations shall constitute an offence.
