European Communities (Conservation of Wild Birds (Dovegrove Callows Special Protection Area 004137)) Regulations 2010 (S.I. No. 384 of 2010).

These Regulations designate a site as a Special Protection Area in accordance with Article 4 of Directive 2009/147/EC (the area is described in Schedules 1 and 2 to these Regulations). The bird species cited in the Third Schedule of these Regulations are specified, in accordance with the Directive, in order to ensure their survival and reproduction in their area of distribution. Operations or activities requiring the consent of the Minister and controlled nationally under the provisions of the Wildlife Acts 1976-2000 are listed in Schedule 4 to these Regulations. The list contains planting of trees and the reclaiming land.
