These Regulations amend the European Communities (Control of Organisms Harmful to Plants and Plant Products) Regulations 2004 so as to provide updated measures to protect against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community as prescribed in Commission Decision 2010/467/EU.
