European Communities (Control of Organisms Harmful to Plants and Plant Products) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2012 (S.I. No. 370 of 2012).

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Control of Organisms Harmful to Plants and Plant Products) Regulations 2004 so as provide updated measures to protect against the introduction into and spreading within the Community of a damaging insect to Sweet Chestnut in accordance with Commission Decision on provisional emergency measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Community of Dryocosmus kuriphilus Yasumatsu.
