European Communities (Control of Organisms Harmful to Plants and Plant Products) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2005 (S.I. No. 238 of 2005).

The principal Regulations are amended to give effect to the following: Commission Directive 2005/16/EC amends Annexes I to V to Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community; Commission Directive 2005/17/EC amends certain provisions of Directive 92/105/EEC concerning plant passports; and Commission Directive 2005/18/EC amends Directive 2001/32/EC as regards certain protected zones exposed to particular plant health risks in the Community.
