European Communities (Control of Organisms Harmful to Plants and Plant Products)(Amendment) Regulations 2007 (S.I. No. 668 of 2007).

These Regulations transpose the measures to be taken against the dissemination of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus (Steiner et Buhrer) Nickle et al and Potatospindle tuber viroid as prescribed by Community legislation. They also extend the duration of temporary derogations from certain provisions of Council Directive 2000/29/EC in respect of plants of strawberry (Fragaria L.), intended for planting, other than seeds, originating in Argentina.
