Abstract
These Regulations amend Schedules 1 and 3 to the European Communities (Dangerous Substances and Preparations) (Marketing and Use) Regulations, 2003. They implement Community legislation relating to restrictions on the marketing and use of specific dangerous substances and preparations. They also amend regulation 4 and Schedule 3 by substituting toxic to reproduction for toxic for reproduction in each place where it occurs.
