Abstract
These Regulations amend Schedules 1 to the European Communities (Dangerous Substances and Preparations) (Marketing and Use) Regulations, 2003. They implement Community legislation relating to wood treated with arsenic compounds and the placing on the market of (products containing) perfluorooctane sulfonates.
