Abstract
These Regulations define duties of owners of fishing boats, operators of acquacultural sites and operator of a fish processing plant to maintain data specified in these Regulations and of Council Regulation (EC) No. 199/2008 and Commission Decision No. 2008/949/EC adopting a multiannual Community programme pursuant to Council Regulation (EC) No 199/2008 establishing a Community framework for the collection, management and use of data in the fisheries sector and support for scientific advice regarding the common fisheries policy. The Regulations also concern the disclosure of information of and by public bodies and the appointment of data collection officers.
