Abstract
These Regulations amend the European Communities (Dehydrated Preserved Milk) Regulations 2003 so as to give legal effect to Directive 2007/61/EC providing for the standardisation of protein content of partly or wholly dehydrated milk. These Regulations should be read in conjunction with that Directive.
