European Communities (Dehydrated Preserved Milk) Regulations, 1980.

This Order implements EEC Council Directive No. 76/118/EEC on the approximation of the laws of member states relating to certain partly or wholly dehydrated preserved milk for human consumption and the EEC Commission Directive laying down Community methods of analysis for testing partly or wholly dehydrated milk for human consumption (79/1067/EEC). These Regulations apply to the products defined in the Annex to Council Directive No. 76/118/EEC but do not apply to dietetic products, products specifically prepared for babies and young children or products intended for export outside the territory of the European Communities. The provisions of this Order provide for the implementation of standards for production, processing, marketing and sale of the products to which the Directive applies.
